Do you know what indirect marketing is?

Post by Abdur11 »

In a world so saturated with commercial offers, it is expected that many of us have a defensive attitude when someone insistently tries to sell us something, especially if we are not interested in the product. An example of this are those calls that interrupt our day to sell us credit cards or life insurance (and they do not accept a “no” for an answer).

In their eagerness to attract our attention, many brands go from being direct to intrusive, crossing a line that does more harm than good. That is why it is necessary for companies to find a balance and implement indirect marketing strategies that help them attract customers and build relationships in a natural way that benefits the brand and the people.

But wait... What is indirect marketing?

Direct marketing and indirect marketing
Direct marketing is the most familiar to most of us, and involves phone number philippines sending advertising messages to specific groups of people. It ranges from the latest commercial you saw on TV to the emails that arrive in your inbox with your name on them.
Direct marketing focuses on the product or service and its goal is usually to attract the attention of the target and persuade them to do something (such as make a purchase). In that sense, it is a great way to boost sales in the short term. It is also useful for brand positioning.

Indirect marketing has a broader audience and its purpose is to generate value for people. Thus, the focus shifts from focusing on the product or service to focusing on people.
Content marketing is part of indirect marketing, as it provides useful information and/or entertainment so that people spontaneously approach brands, producing medium and long-term results.

What types of indirect marketing exist?
Although many indirect marketing strategies are carried out online, they are not limited to the digital world. Likewise, direct marketing can be both on and offline.
