For transactional searches (product and price searches, for example), Google prioritizes results that lead to a purchase, rather than informational pages.

130. Local searches
Local searches trigger the Local Pack in the SERP, which is a box with the top three geolocated results.

In these searches, Google prioritizes businesses that portugal phone number list are registered with Google My Business , rather than the list of websites that appear only after the local pack.
