TALENT DAYS: How to prepare for possible failures?
STASZEK: First of all, neve fusion data
r get discouraged. First of all, even a seemingly unsuccessful interview gives us some experience if we draw the right conclusions from it. It certainly reduces stress during subsequent recruitment meetings. Secondly, it is not worth taking everything personally, even if the feedback is not what we expected. It is worth sifting it properly - thinking about where I actually made a mistake. There are companies that do not provide such feedback or it is not constructive. The entire process of searching for a job requires a certain kind of humility. This trait will definitely come in handy later at work, because we will have to work with different people.
TALENT DAYS: Thanks for the interview and, above all, the practical advice that will definitely help people starting out on the job market!

TALENT DAYS: Gabrysia, as part of our Talent Match program, you recruited Staszek for the position of PPM Junior Analyst. Tell me, what do you pay attention to during interviews with candidates?
GABRIELA: First of all, we value experience, but also authenticity and the way of communicating during the first interview. Motivation to work is also important. During interviews, we check whether the values represented by the candidate are consistent with what we value as a company and what we put the most emphasis on.
TALENT DAYS: Why did Staszek catch your attention at the job fair?
GABRIELA: He had a foundation of theoretical knowledge and a solid foundation in the form of additional activities at the university. He knew what he wanted, and on top of that he radiated positive energy, freshness and enthusiasm for learning.
