For that reason, we opted for a gradual approach. We started with a few groups and then expanded them to a few hundred people. Only when those groups were satisfied with their experiences, we launched the intranet throughout the organization. In this way, we were able to gradually establish more and more examples that are appealing and recognizable for all employees.
We started with ten departments, five from healthcare and five armenia mobile phone number list staff departments. Each department started with an inspiration session in which the participants were introduced to a social intranet and wrestled with the assignment: suppose your work could be completely different. Which (communication) resources would you use to be able to do your daily work? What do you need to be able to do this (well)? What would you like to do differently?
To collaborate
In this way, a connection has been made with the daily work of the employees and ReinierNet has found its place in the information provision within the hospital. At least as important for the hospital is that ReinierNet is increasingly seen by more people as the environment to actually work together. With this, Reinier de Graaf is well on its way to indeed being the most connected hospital and therefore the best hospital in the Netherlands in 2016.
