What is Customer Marketing and why it can be different in today's B2B-Industrial environments

Customer Marketing is a type of marketing strategy that consists of focusing on, investing in, and developing a B2B or Industrial company's existing customers, rather than prioritizing the acquisition of new kuwait phone number owner customers. It is different from generalist B2B-Industrial Marketing, which usually revolves around building relationships with potential customers and often forgets about the potential of current customers.

Customer Marketing is implemented with the objective of increasing profitability by building loyalty, developing, and obtaining brand ambassadors through existing customers. In other words, it focuses the effort and search for profitability on increasing the results of the current B2B or Industrial Client portfolio instead of searching for new customers, which will have a different strategy.
