In 2017, more than 50% of companies have specialized teams for the execution of Content Marketing and 70% claim to obtain good results.

For the third consecutive year, the Latin American and Spanish Content Marketing Study organized by Genwords , a company specialized in Digital Marketing, was carried out , where it was shown that 70% of the companies that are using this technique have obtained positive results.

The 3rd Content Marketing Study suggests a very professional nature in the implementation of these techniques and their methods of verifying success, including the calculation of ROI, with 44% confessing to having obtained a “successful” result.

Most respondents agreed that Content Marketing allows them to generate quality leads and customer loyalty, over other objectives such as branding or upsell/cross-sell prospecting.

For Emanuel Olivier Peralta, CEO of Genwords, “ it is essential to know the audience to which efforts will be directed, especially their interests and needs” . In fact, 40% of respondents indicated that they have up to 3 target audiences identified for personalized content generation.
