Something is definitely failing to make the impact of training not felt in daily routines.

It involves creating a training itinerary adapted to each position in each project, which meets the expectations of ensuring the knowledge, skills and competencies of our employees, maintaining a direct relationship with the quality of service in our clients’ projects.
In this initiative, our Middle Managers play the most important role , both in the execution and in the learning process and in the establishment of improvement plans. The objective is not only to comply with the concept of “training”, but to work on a model based on learning and continuous evolution .
