What investments were required to launch the project and did they pay off?

The idea of such a platform first came to my mind in 2010, but apparently the idea needed to mature. In 2013, my partners and I finally decided to start our own business. And in April, the first lines of wowworks code were written. And already in February 2014, commercial exploitation began.
In total, we invested about 8 million rubles at the start. These were our own investments. In recent months, the company has almost reached self-sufficiency. Now the service turnover is about 7 million per month. About fifty customers are connected to the platform, and new networks are connected almost every day.
Who is the service team made up of?
The core of wowworks are former Megafon Retail employees. Our experience working in this company helped us a lot, and we are all grateful to Megafon for the efforts and resources that were invested in our training.

First of all, it is much cheaper. I do not skimp on employee salaries as a matter of principle, and even so, here in Samara, maintaining a highly professional team costs us much less than in Moscow. In the regions, other expenses are also much lower. For example, in Samara we rent a full-fledged, well-equipped office in a business center. For the same money, my friends rent four tables in a prestigious coworking space in Moscow.
