Since April 2020, many industries have been working from home due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Co-creation workshops are also being held online using the Internet. Various ingenuity is required to hold all face-to-face meetings and workshops online. The methods introduced here will be useful not only for workshops, but also for online meetings. Exa has implemented Google G Suite throughout the company, and we make the most of the video conferencing service Google Meet and the online whiteboard Google Jamboard for uses of physician database our in-house workshops. Jamboard is a very simple online tool that can be used as an alternative to writing notes on a whiteboard and sticking post-it notes. Even first-time users can become proficient with it after just five minutes of trial use. Online workshops are not limited to tools. We use tools such as Zoom, Miro, Mural, Slack, Discord, and Remo (with consideration for security settings) depending on the customer's environment.
