What should be the extent of corporate secrecy in data capitalism?

I have already had the opportunity to demonstrate the challenges of reconciling the protection of business secrets with the principle of transparency and several of the fundamental rights of personal data holders [1] . The difficulty is exacerbated by the text of the LGPD, which mentions business secrets 13 times, including in the definition of the principle of transparency and in the modulation of the main rights of data holders.
