Tutorial How to Respond to PM Quickly Using the 'Saved Reply' Function
In the past 2-3 months, FB has been quite active in improving their fanpage system. One of the newest functions introduced is the ' Saved Reply ' function.
This function allows us to SAVE ready templates for replying to PMs that come to our FB page. When there is a PM that comes to our page, just click on the appropriate reply template . No need to ' copy paste ' the reply sentence from notepad, Microsoft word to...

STEP 1 : Go to Messages . Select any prospect's PM, and click Manage Replies .
