Theoretical block
When formulating questions, focus on your needs - you can’t do without it.

Also, you need to consider who is in front occupant resident lists of you: a seasoned pro or an inexperienced youth. Also, we would like to clarify that the order of the questions is arbitrary.

How to find a marketer by resume

General questions:

Do you know what our company does? (Check: does the applicant meet with everyone indiscriminately or prepare for an interview);

How do you understand the term "marketing"? What do you think the responsibilities of a marketer are? (Check whether the candidate's ideas match the company's tasks);

How do you see your usual working day, naturally, after the adaptation period is over? (The previous question is duplicated if the applicant did not give a clear answer);

What marketing books have you studied or trainings attended? (As a rule, no one is interested in books and trainings, so move on to the next question);

Maybe you read publications on specialized websites or in social media groups? Name them. (Pay attention to whether the person is self-educated or not. If he is interested in something, then what exactly. Most often, candidates name groups interested in promotion in social media);

What were your responsibilities in your previous job as a marketer? (You can ask clarifying questions to understand how deeply he delved into the essence of the work);

What results did you achieve at your previous job? (You should be interested not only in financial indicators, but also in conversion, ROI, CTR and other data);

Tell me what ROI, CTR and LTV are? (Ask this question instead of the previous one if you are deciding how to find a marketer when dealing with a newbie).

How do you see your future in a year (or a couple of years)? (Quite often, marketers are focused on starting their own business. It's up to you to decide whether to hire such a person or not).
