list the need for action
You have already identified and noted down the need for action in each of the individual fields. It is likely that other things have come to light beyond the points mentioned. List all the to-dos and distribute the tasks among those involved in the project. Add your own to the individual components and questions on the checklist.

Please also create your own detailed individual bank data checklist. Here are just a few points that have proven to be useful.
Checklist 3: Audit phase
Are the results of the audit prepared and accessible to all parties involved?
Is there agreement within the extended project team about how to proceed?
Are there any open questions or need for clarification – within the project team or beyond?
