The Structure of an Advanced Focus Group

In a traditional focus group, a topic is proposed to a group of customers by an interviewer or moderator. Customers must say what they would like to improve . In the conception of an "advanced" focus group, which can immediately respond to the need to set strategies and objectives, instead, we can think of a slightly different scheme, where needs immediately meet possible solutions.


How to run an advanced focus group
Similar to the two-way focus group variant , we can arrange a slightly different structure for our purpose, maintaining the advantages of the classic focus group. Let's imagine that we always have a few people, who are not why do vietnamese use zalo? only customers but also partners, colleagues, employees and professionals , and that the group focuses on ideas for improving business activities, taking care, however, as in the classic version of the focus group, to "pilot" the meeting to make it as targeted and useful as possible.

An enlarged group of people, therefore, that does not only include our customers but also other figures that will have to be "moderated". To proceed in the best way, the person leading the focus group must, from the beginning, define some key objectives on which he wants to concentrate attention. Obviously, the higher the number of objectives set, the more time will be dedicated to the focus group.

For example: if the activity we are starting is new, we immediately set the objectives , and on those we define the way in which we can get there, drawing up (with pen and paper) the actions to be carried out , knowing in advance the figures who will participate in the meeting – who can be colleagues or professionals useful to our cause and who we ourselves will identify and choose beforehand.
