Be one with the company brand

Be careful not to lose your personal brand by identifying yourself with the company you work for.
This is not about branding, but about personal branding. On one side there is your profile, on the other there is that of your company. You can be an entrepreneur, a consultant, a manager, a startupper, you can be anything, but you are what is a loan? not your company. Your personal brand is one thing, that of your business is another matter entirely. And this is especially important for those who, as employees, may one day leave their current company: those who have not been able to separate their voice from that of the corporate brand, will leave behind years and years of branding – not personal.

Focus only on social networks
Of course, personal branding, in its modern sense, cannot do without social networks. But be careful: you can't live on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn alone. There are many other channels through which you can contribute to the development of your brand: I'm talking about your personal website , your blog , but also any paper publications and good old face-to-face interactions .

Industry events and conferences are channels that should not be overlooked to strengthen your reputation.
