Perhaps fifty people sat in the IHK hall, excited, and were probably looking forward to a mixture of CRM basics and practical examples. The three hours were packed with contributions from six different speakers, and the schedule was already messed up after just one hour. And unfortunately, this was not due to extensive discussions or question rounds from the participants.

All speakers treated the dominican republic telegram screening topic of CRM and CRM introduction in a very theoretical manner and in the end they all talked about the same thing. Instead of getting people excited about the introduction and encouraging them, they primarily mentioned the no-go's, showstoppers and biggest mistakes.

Tenor: Doomed to Failure
Each speaker/provider/consultant talks about the top 5, top 7 or top 10 reasons why CRM projects fail . The consultants often look at each other, nod to one another and joke about the serious mistakes their customers have made. They all blow the topic out of proportion, showing how big and difficult CRM is. Everyone talks about long introductions, lots of agreements, very individual adjustments and the mandatory consideration of all the processes of the respective company. At the beginning of his talk, one of the consultants proudly says that he only comes when CRM projects have gone completely wrong.
