ChatSpot – Hubspot's AI bot

As a Hubspot fanboy, I've been looking forward to a tool like this for a while. In my opinion, it was only a matter of time before Hubspot itself or another provider did this. Starting today (almost exactly 3:00 p.m.), Hubspot's own chatbot is available, which can not only generate content, but also works very closely with Hubspot.

What is ChatSpot?
ChatSpot is Hubspot's own chatbot that works on the basis jamaica number dataset of GPT-3 and can not only generate content (that would be boring), but can also work closely with your own Hubspot account. You can control your Hubspot CRM and execute commands by entering text only.
Although the product is still in alpha version, it is already an extremely practical Hubspot assistant. You can not only access data, but also create new data, adapt it, use reports and collaborate with external data sources.
In addition to accessing the ChatSpot platform, you can also use the corresponding ChatGPT plugin for ChatSpot and communicate directly with Hubspot from ChatGPT.

How much does ChatSpot cost?
ChatSpot is now available for free in the Alpha version. It is not yet known when and how a paid solution will be available. However, if you are a Hubspot user, you should definitely try it out:
What can ChatSpot do?
Hubspot's AI bot can implement many practical things directly in Hubspot. All you need is text input. Similar to the structure of Hubspot itself, ChatSpot is also divided into the areas of sales/CRM, reporting and marketing.
The video (see below) already introduces some functions, but these only cover 10% of the real power of ChatSpot. Nevertheless, I have summarized a few examples here of the areas in which you can use the tool:
