No, that does not contradict the 10,000 hours.

Let me explain.

Various studies have shown that many employees with many years of experience are no better than new employees.

For example, auditors with years of experience were no better at detecting fraudulent activities in the documents than newcomers to the profession. Likewise, newly qualified psychologists were just as good as their colleagues with years of experience at assessing mental disorders.

The same applies to stock cayman islands telegram screening traders, civil servants and many others. (Read more in “ Talent is overrated ”*.)

Why?

They learn how to do the job in the first year and then repeat the same routine over and over for the next 19 years.

They do not grow.

A newcomer to the job can therefore overtake such employees within a year.

That's why even a blogger who has been blogging for 10 years but hasn't expanded his boundaries can be overtaken by a beginner within a year.

That's what happened to me: I overtook all German writing blogs within a few years, even though they had been on the market many years before me.
