How do you find the right CRM system?
The first step is to determine the specific requirements of your company. Companies are advised to involve employees early on in the software selection process so that they can share their views and the acceptance of the software is higher later.

In addition to the required functions, you should also pay attention to other attributes: For example, if you use other software in the company, you should make sure that the new CRM software can be easily integrated into your existing software. Is a system that can be used in German or where customer service is available in Germany important to you? Some companies also prefer CRM software from Germany to ensure that German data protection standards are adhered to.

If your company comes from a specific industry, you can use a special CRM system that is optimized for the industry requirement. For example, there is CRM for healthcare , CRM software for construction companies , CRM software for insurance, etc.

How did Evolvet go about finding software?
Evolvet told us that they tested more than twenty platforms within about three months, which they discovered via search engines and specialized platforms such as Capterra. To do an initial pre-sorting, they first compared the range of functions as found on the application's website with their list of requirements. In the second step, they then used the test version of the respective platforms for their revision and integrated them into their daily work using the greenfield method and in parallel operation.
