3. Existing wellness apps don’t help you lose weight
There are apps to track your habits. They are great for maintaining your weight , but not for losing weight .

Why is that so?

Because they don’t see losing weight as a project.

Goals are central to project management: As soon as there is no longer a clearly defined goal, we are no longer talking about a project. Without a clear goal, it is a (business) process.
