If I think about a subject

The solution to this, to stop us from ruminating and being anxious… Ruminating means… You know, a cow, she ruminates, she takes grass, and with her mouth, she makes a sort of circular movement. That's "ruminating". And the real solution to this, to ruminating, is to think on paper.

And it's a rule that I set for myself.more than three, four times... Then it's an empirical rule, that is to say it's not something automatic, written somewhere and to be followed at all costs. But if I think a little too much about the same subject, it means that I have to think on paper, that I have to reflect and that I have to make sure to have more clarity, quite simply. And so to have clarity, I take my journal.

However, it's not a big worry, it's not a problem, it wasn't a problem in my life.

Another topic, expatriation. I talked about it in an episode and I'll talk about it today... a little later, sorry, I'm not going to talk about it today. But I expatriated in 2022 and it's the same. I had a lot of anxiety. Where to go? Am I sure, after making the decision, ah should I talk about it? Really lots of questions, lots of questions, and it was very complicated for me to know what to do. I thought about it on paper.

In terms of my investments, because I am preparing as an independent, as an entrepreneur, I have to think about my retirement myself and that suits me very, very well, but I have to think about my investments for my future and the future of my family. Same thing, I had questions, I thought about it on paper.

I am building a new morning routine, I am thinking on paper. I am about to build my goals for 2024, personal and for Français Authentique, I have already started thinking on paper.
