The first of these is: “You can do it.”
Here, we motivate a person to believe in themselves and to believe in their dreams. These are words of encouragement that show the person that they are fully capable of achieving their goals. The verb "to be able to" shows that we are capable of doing something and therefore it shows that we have the qualities to succeed. An alternative to "you can do it" is "you can achieve it".

For example, if you have an architect friend who doubts that her project will succeed in convincing her client, you can tell her: "I know you can do it, you can achieve it."

Second: “I believe in you”
Here, the verb "to believe" means to have confidence in someone, to have confidence in one's abilities. This sentence helps to boost the morale of someone who doesn't really believe in themselves or who has lost confidence in themselves. This sentence is very positive, to support someone.

Be careful, it is rather personal. We use it a lot with our loved ones (our partner, our boyfriend, our girlfriend), to really motivate this person or give them courage.

For example, if your wife wants to start writing and she doubts her abilities, you can tell her: "I believe in you."

Third: “Courage”
Courage is the ability to not be afraid. And when we start a new project, we are often a little afraid. So when we have courage, it gives us the strength to do it. An alternative to "courage" would be "bon courage". By saying "bon courage" or "courage", we give strength and energy to our interlocutor. When someone has a lot of work, we can say "courage" to try to give them a little motivation and confidence.
