Hello, dear friends! Thank you for joining me for this new episode of "Walk with Johan". It's a real pleasure to be with you today. And together, today, we're going to talk about my son Raphaël. Oh la la, sacred Raphaël, he's a phenomenon as we sometimes say in French.

Before that, if you like the podcast Marcher avec Johan and you want to be nice to me, to do a little favor to Français Authentique, well don't forget to do two things: share it with your friends, yes, word of mouth still works even if it's 2023, now, and of course, you can leave 5 stars in the podcast application that you use. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It helps Français Authentique to... it helps to help in fact because Français Authentique can then reach other people etc.

So today, I'm going to talk to you about my son Raphaël who is 2 years old now, and I'm going to extract three things that should inspire us, I'm going to see how we can be inspired by my son Raphaël, 2 years old.

So of course, it's to be taken with a pinch of salt, that is to say we shouldn't say to ourselves: "Ah we're going to do the same thing as him", obviously since he's a 2-year-old child, so thailand whatsapp number data we're not going to turn into 2-year-old children, we're not going to consider ourselves 2-year-old children. So it's not an example to follow at all costs obviously, but it's a bit of a pinch of salt. And I said to myself that it could be nice and fun and interesting to see how my son Raphaël inspires me.

So I extracted three points. The first point is really… and this is what actually gave me the idea to record this episode, it's when I see him in the morning when he wakes up, even when he's tired, you see, he's just woken up 2 minutes ago, he smiles. But it's not the… you know, the little forced smile just to be nice, it's a big smile, really a big smile that goes up very high and where you see that he's happy in fact. It's the joy of getting up and the joy of enjoying a beautiful day. And that really gives energy, especially since you see that it's natural for him.

So here are the three little points that I recommend you perhaps note and try to work on. The first point is that Raphael feels joy, good humor, when he wakes up in the morning, because he sleeps a lot, so he sleeps well. And maybe, I don't know, but in any case you can do it for yourself. The night before, you can program yourself to be happy, to be joyful. Raphael, he persists, he perseveres. When he wants something, he doesn't give up. And he has focus. So the three key words: joy, persistence, focus. Let's take inspiration from Raphael for a more serene life.
