Another super important question to answer, you know what you want, you've defined it, is to know why you want it. When we know why we want something, it gives us the energy, the fuel to move towards that goal. Often, when we give up or lose motivation, it's because we no longer have that energy, simply because we don't know why we want to achieve that goal.

If we stay again with learning French as a goal, it is, in my opinion, important to know why you are learning it. Do you simply want to speak it better for your work, for your studies or for social aspects, because you have French friends or because you want to go on holiday in France? It is important to define the why.

And finally, in the vision category, this category that allows you not to give up, it is important to know yourself. You have to know what you like, what you don't like, you have to know your strengths and weaknesses. It will help you choose what you want, it will help you not to fall into the trap of wanting something just for ego and it will be a very good filter that will help you select the projects for which you should not give up, because sometimes it is OK to give up, it is OK to drop a project if this project is not consistent with ourselves. So to know if the project is worth pursuing, it is important to know yourself.
