Freshworks CRM (formerly/also known as Freshsales) is a sales CRM from Freshworks, the company behind/originally called Freshdesk. Freshworks was founded in 2010 to provide a better and cheaper solution for customer service teams.

Freshworks’ main selling point is its breadth of features. It has also managed to deliver this breadth of features through an easier-to-use interface than its competitor/predecessor in the same city, Zoho.

While its Outlook integration isn't as deep as the top CRMs in this ranking, it's still worth mentioning in this ranking because of its relatively popular Outlook add-on.

The test run
Using Freshworks CRM with interface and cyprus whatsapp data simple integration process. The CRM allowed me to update records and manage deals directly from my inbox, which was very efficient. The syncing of emails and calendar meetings worked well, ensuring that all my interactions were recorded without much effort.

I liked the email templates, which made it easy to send consistent messages to prospects. However, finding related contacts sometimes required manual research, and the setup process was slightly more complex than other CRMs. Overall, Freshworks provided a solid integration that streamlined many of my daily tasks.
