So at the beginning of the year we decided to change them and switched to “value based pricing”, i.e. payment for value. We made price lists based on the type of account, either free, slightly automated and highly automated. We called them Turtle, Carp and Dolphin. Then it is divided according to the volume of users. If you have a Dolphin and 10 employees, you pay 2,000 CZK per month, while if you have a Carp and 10 employees, you pay 1,550 CZK.

I always promised the old accounts that we wouldn't change their prices and I didn't want to break my promise, so I told them all in advance: "We're going to increase prices starting in January, those of indonesia phone number data you who are planning to grow, move to a bigger account for 500 CZK, otherwise you'll never be able to have it again". A lot of people did that, so we had a very good month in November or December, because a lot of companies upgraded to catch up with the old prices. New companies have the new price list since January.

The reason we started to do well after that, I think, is also because different companies are coming to us now than before . Before, companies would buy us because we were cheap, but now companies are coming to us that want what we can do. For example, Basecamp 3 costs 90 USD per month and we cost 500 CZK. So maybe we had people who didn't want to pay 90 USD for Basecamp and would rather pay 500 CZK with us.

Now we have companies that don't mind paying 1,500 - 2,000 CZK per month with us because they get the features they need . These companies are larger and typologically a little different. Moreover, if I look at the average account value, we increased the average account value by 30% in 5 months.

We are now preparing a new type of account, the Shark, which will have all the functions even more advanced, there will be a cash flow forecast using artificial intelligence , it will be able to predict the next 3-4 months, and other automations. Of course, it will be even more expensive, so I think we will raise the average value by 50% during the year.
