For 2018, Miller expects to see the emergence of a few “ account based everything platforms ” that primarily help to structure account-based interactions across systems. The rise of account-based marketing seems irreversible, as evidenced by Berglund's experiences and Ben Ayoun's trend report. However, during the B2B Marketing Forum, remarkably few attendees raised their hands when asked whether they were already doing ABM. Now, there could be several reasons for this.
