Ben & Jerry's
Ben & Jerry's is responding to the fact that many young people do not vote. According to their website, no less than 1 million young people, which is equal to 15 seats. According to the video they posted, 50 percent of young people in America did not vote. Shocking. Older people determine the future of young people. That is why Ben & Jerry's is starting this information campaign: 'Yes, I promise to vote.' Ben & Jerry's has made several blog posts, organized contests, posted videos, everything to hospitals email list convince young people that voting on March 15 is important. 'Ice up your vote' according to Ben & Jerry's, great!
Ben & Jerry's Elections
Critical and important point about this campaign is that it does not seem to be completely aimed at young people. For example, in the share section there is only a Facebook and Twitter option (where is WhatsApp and Insta?). There was also a contest for which you have to hang posters in the window to show that you are going to vote. If you choose something like that, and you want to reach young people, let them change their profile picture for example. Greater reach and cheaper too.
