On Instagram, the number of video views is less than the post reach. WTF?

If you look at the statistics of posts with videos, you can see that the number of views of the video is usually several times less than the number of accounts covered by the same post. For example, the reach of a post can be 1000 people, and the views of the only video in the same post are 350. Any normal person will ask - how is this possible? Moreover, the video starts in the feed automatically and it would be logical to assume - if a person saw our post in the feed, then he watched the video (or, at least, started watching it).
Let's look at an example. These are screenshots of Hong Kong Phone Number List a post and its statistics:
Number of video viewsNumber of video views - 66
views vs reach instagram 2
And the reach of the same post is 193
In fact, everything is simple. Let's turn to Instagram Help . It says that "..Views are counted if the video is played for at least 3 seconds.." Now everything falls into place: 1,000 people saw your post. But only 350 of them watched the video for more than 3 seconds.
