If you have another phone nearby (a friend's, family member's, or even a landline), simply make a quick call or send a text message to it. Your phone number will appear on the other phone's screen via Caller ID.
If for some reason your number isn't showing in "My Number" in settings (sometimes happens if the SIM card wasn't fully provisioned or if it's a very old SIM), one of the other methods should work, especially making a call to another phone.
