We spent the year under the motto "struggle for accuracy". So I will give you the exact data:
3 new offices, one each in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tula;
30 million rubles were invested in infrastructure development;
Our team has grown by 30%.
This means that we are now even closer to our bosnia and herzegovina phone numbers users, our servers and communication lines work more reliably and faster, updates are introduced faster, and managers devote more time to each user.
Our service has become better. Over the year, we have made more than 100 functional changes. Here are the most important ones, in my opinion:
A new system of integrations with Yandex.Direct and Google Adwords, which allowed CoMagic to take 10 steps forward to the title of the best service for end-to-end analytics .
All widgets have acquired versions for mobile devices and are now fully prepared to enter the new world of universal adaptability.
Global redesign of the personal account - we have become more convenient, faster, simpler and more modern.
A new functional player for listening to calls has been implemented in the Personal Account.
The analytics module has been improved once again: new reports “End-to-end analytics” and “Call log” have appeared with detailed information on each call.
This year we have dedicated to our clients and we have worked only (and not so much) on introducing completely new functions, but on improving the usability of existing ones.
The main focus today is the single window technology, when the client has the opportunity to implement multi-tasking projects in one interface. Unfortunately (or fortunately:)), we have no one to look at for a specific implementation of certain solutions, since we are at the forefront of this trend. Therefore, we have to think for ourselves:)
But it would be completely wrong to say that we are the only ones working on our service. It is great that our clients actively participate in the development of the service. For this purpose, we created the Ideas Portal. Here, every CoMagic user can leave a review, point out an error or suggest a new idea. This year, we managed to make it truly alive and useful. Our achievements on the portal are impressive.
2 out of 3 visitors are registered on the portal;
more than 200 visitors visit the portal daily;
We received 300 ideas in a year;
Every third idea was implemented!
The most active participant left 28 ideas.
In my opinion, this is simply amazing. We incredibly appreciate such active participation in the life of the service, and, taking this opportunity, I want to sincerely thank everyone who visits the portal, supports, discusses and, of course, suggests new ideas. We are still sincerely happy with each one:)
This year has become a turning point in the public life of CoMagiс. This year's collection includes 4 large conferences and 23 educational webinars: a conference on marketing in the auto business, a conference for markets with a long sales cycle, and the 2nd large conference on marketing in real estate.
Traditionally, I will tell you about the awards. Firstly, as a year ago, we hold a confident leadership in Russia in the number of installations among call tracking services according to the American service Datanyze . Secondly, we took third place (after Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica) in the level of knowledge and the share of cooperation with advertising agencies among end-to-end analytics services according to the AdIndex rating . And most importantly, this year was a breakthrough in absolute and relative indicators of customer growth and the company's annual turnover: the number of active users increased by 3 (!) times, and the turnover increased by more than 100%.
