It wasn't team building that brought the team together, but our rituals

Due to Covid restrictions, we started working on a hybrid schedule. We developed our first ritual - to come to the office at the same time a couple of times a week. It is convenient for work and allows us all to see each other in one place, get some informal communication.
And the second cool ritual is that we try to get together for lunch with our entire food team. They say that eating together brings people together. It works 100% for us.
We really enjoy coming to the office together (we do it 2-3 times a week) - that's how cool we are! Although many of us are introverts or like to work remotely.

Reflection + feedback are the components of team health
Two pieces of advice. One from a product manager, and the other from a manager:
1) Ask yourself every day, “Am I doing something stupid? ”
9/10 ideas from a product manager turn out to be wild - sad but true. The main thing is to realize this in time, refuse the unnecessary and sensitively speed up what the team is doing now .
2) Conduct feedback sessions, not one-sided, but mutual, to listen why our mint database service is perfect for marketers to your team, know what hurts them and what they lack .
Feedback is especially important to us. We have a very comfortable and non-toxic environment in our team and throughout the company. This saves us from situations where problems and complaints are simply hushed up.
All new Aitarget employees undergo feedback training. Also during the probationary period, we have meetings after a month and after 2.5 months, which we conduct together with HR. We ask what the new employee is doing well and not doing well, how he feels in the team, what kind of help he needs, and give feedback on the work.
