Camaraderie and work-life balance, the values most highlighted by workers

The interviewees were asked about the qualitative and quantitative values that stand out most in their day-to-day work in consulting firms. Taking into account the six suggested key qualitative aspects, which are taken into account at an international level, the most valued are: camaraderie, responsibility, respect and pride. They are followed by credibility and impartiality.
Among the six quantitative variables, work-life balance (teleworking and flexible working) accounts for the majority of responses (60%), followed by the contract (27%). Of lesser importance are location (5%), benefits (3%), physical space and processes (both with 2%).
