LEmotional connection, data and technology took center stage at CX Congress 2023 , a benchmark event in the world of customer experience, bringing together more than 760 attendees in its 11th edition. This congress stood out for exploring the elements that drive customer experience, such as emotional connection and data management.


The event , held in Madrid on October 5, 2023 , was attended by 182 executives and more than 500 professionals who joined via live streaming to share and learn about the latest trends in CX (Customer estonia number data Experience). Throughout the day, emphasis was placed on how placing the customer at the center of all actions and listening to their needs to understand their emotions is essential to building an effective CX strategy.

The opening speech was given by Eduardo Dívar , General Manager of Kia Spain, who stressed the importance of promoting a solid customer experience strategy from the top. He highlighted the need to manage the organisation from the "outside in" , involving all teams in the value chain and ensuring closeness to the customer at every point of contact.
