The digital revolution is drastically changing the world of industry and, consequently, this transformation is also affecting the Italian banking sector . Why this change? Customers have more and more requests: they want to be listened to, they aspire to personalized experiences built entirely and uniquely for them. In short, they have different needs. Therefore, what the banking sector can do is ride the wave of this revolution and listen to the customer and his desires.
