The planning
How do you organize the live content of an event like TEDxAmsterdam? Planning, puzzling and pre-producing are the magic words. We think in advance about what kind of content there will be by consulting with all the other teams about what they are organizing. Then it is a matter of estimating whether it is interesting for people outside the room - if so, is that before panama mobile phone number list during or after? And in which combination of text, photo and video will that subject be highlighted? In this phase of pre-production, you as a live reporting coordinator are mainly busy gathering information and repackaging it in a more convenient way.

In addition, we work exclusively with volunteers, so no well-coordinated editorial team. That is why the bloggers and editors could fall back on fool-proof manuals about WordPress (we had a new website for a week ) , about the ideal structure of a live article in the style of TEDxAmsterdam and about a step-by-step plan for the video bloggers.
