facebook messengerFor private use, calling via Facebook seems ideal to me. But do you want to be friends with your business contacts on Facebook? I don't think so. Personally, I would keep work and private life separate: your business contacts don't need to know what happens during the weekend (except for that great action on the field, but you can better inform them about that face-to-face). Moreover, you want a stable, reliable connection for business and not have to call your customers back because of your faltering 3G connection. If you really want to be able to call business contacts via your internet connection, you have to be sure of a stable and fast network.

Due to the poor quality of calls and because you are usually not france mobile phone number list (or do not want to be) Facebook friends with your business contacts, the Facebook VoIP service is in my opinion not interesting for business use.

Needed improvements
The expectation was that Facebook would use the Skype network for its new service, because of the previous collaboration with Skype in the field of video calling. By using VoIP for the new feature of Facebook, these two parties are now actually becoming competitors. The Messenger app is more user-friendly than Skype, because your friends on Facebook are already present. With Skype, you first have to find and add them, before you can call them.
