1. Not having a plan

It is a bad investment to enter the world of social media if you have not planned for a long-term plan. For example, if you start a Facebook page and start making posts, investing resources to advertise them and increase your followers, it will all be in vain if tomorrow you disappear from the network and stop offering content. Your flow of interactions with the community you are building must be continuous and sustained over time for it to be successful.

To make real progress you should consider the time to invest, strategy and objectives, as well as the team that will be in charge of interacting. Ask yourself “how does social media content affect my business?” and work based on that.

2. Spamming

Another common mistake is to believe that the more posts you make, the russia consumer email list more interaction you will have with your audience. Nothing could be further from the truth; what captivates your audience is quality , original and useful content. Don't waste time bombarding your networks with things that don't really cause a stir.

3. Multiple profiles

Many times companies create a profile, but over time various reasons lead to creating another one on the same social network. This creates confusion among the public and fragments the total number of followers. If you already have an account for your company, try to do everything necessary to improve it instead of creating another one.

4. Very little interaction

You may be constantly posting interesting things and generating responses from your audience, but to earn your brand's true trust, you need to participate in the conversation. Sometimes it's enough to say thank you for the comment, other times it's just a matter of answering a question or a critique. This type of interaction shows that the company is interested in what its audience has to say and think.
