Plan it out. Before you start creating new custom objects, take some time to plan your needs. Check out the standard objects – if they work, use them. But of course, if they don’t fit your needs, identify the purpose, structure, required custom properties, and associations needed for your new custom object. It’s important to note that custom objects are available in Enterprise accounts on any Hub, so make sure you have an Enterprise subscription.
Do it. After planning, we do it! If it's not your team's developer, now is the time to get in touch with one, as you'll need to define your custom objects via APIs.
Once the object is created, you can start adding your data and creating iceland consumer email list records for that object. As you add your data, make sure you add clean data and don't forget to associate it with other objects.
Once the data has been imported into HubSpot, you need to make sure that the custom object has been set up and defined correctly and that the associations made are accurate. Run a report or practice the workflow. If the associations and interactions between all custom and standard objects work without any issues, consider your test a success.
Run it. Remember that data needs maintenance, just like everything else in life. Take the time to remove redundancies or unused data and check that your properties and associations still fit your needs.
The early days of marketing sucked. The time and stress of manually collecting email lists, the lack of data to segment them, and endless Excel spreadsheets frustrated everyone.
