In this way, SMEs or self-employed workers will be able to choose from a dozen available resources that range from contracting the design of their website to the development of mobile applications or the automation of basic processes.
To apply for any of these grants focused on digital transformation, companies must first complete a diagnostic questionnaire so that the administration knows exactly what their starting point is. Once this procedure has been carried out on the Acelera Pyme website , the company in question will obtain a level of digitalization that may be: initial, intermediate or high. So, with the result in hand, the platform itself will recommend investing in one digitalization package or another . A priori, the digital kits available will be the following:
Digital marketing: this package includes web design, social media management and SEO positioning.
E-commerce
Managing a digital business: related to digital part time data administration and cybersecurity processes.
Maximum aid of €12,000 for large companies
It is estimated that each company will receive a maximum of 12,000 euros , an amount that according to experts would be enough to cover the cost of digital kits such as those mentioned above. The idea is that the outlay by companies is minimal. Therefore, the only requirement to apply for these subsidies is to be up to date with payments to Social Security and the Tax Agency.
Maximum of €6,000 for micro-SMEs and €2,000 for self-employed workers
Self-employed workers and micro-SMEs with up to ten employees will be eligible for a similar package of subsidies, but adapted to the needs arising from the size of their company. Thus, it is estimated that for micro-SMEs the maximum aid will be 6,000 euros and for employees 2,000 euros.
The Executive also plans to open around 50 Acelera Pyme offices throughout Spain. This increase in resources will serve, among other things, to provide self-employed workers and companies with a centre to go to in order to resolve any queries they may have regarding the digitalisation of their company.
