Remember that ranking on marketplaces depends, among other things, on the delivery time to the buyer: the closer the product is to the buyer, the shorter the delivery time, the higher the product is shown in the search results for this buyer.
All sellers compete for traffic that accumulates in the first places, therefore, when deciding on which form to work with, it is necessary to take into account the sales regions.
Historically, the bulk of sales comes from the Moscow region and adjacent areas, that is, the Central Federal District.
Let's look at this using the example of the "Sales by nepal consumer email list Region" report on WB for one of our Clients.
The share of the Central Federal District is 34%, Krasnodar Krai - 15% (Southern Federal District), Volga Federal District - 14%, Northwestern Federal District - 10% and so on in descending order:

Buyer activity is distributed in the same way. Residents of Moscow, Kazan, Krasnodar, and St. Petersburg are accustomed to shopping on marketplaces.
If we consider the Far Eastern Federal District, there is a low population density there, and the infrastructure of the sites themselves leaves much to be desired. However, these areas are currently undergoing intensive development, so the situation can change at any moment.
Therefore, a seller who wants to successfully sell goods on marketplaces should take into account absolutely all the nuances: if he places goods only in Moscow warehouses, he will not be able to win the “battle” with enterprising competitors who have taken a more competent approach to developing a sales strategy.
Delivery times are still important
