Deceptive security in the analysis

Post by Mitu100@ »

If only it were the time that is lost with many analytical CRM systems. Analyses are often carried out on the basis of completely wrong data, and the conclusions drawn from them are then at least as wrong.

What do you do when you sign up for a service if you are asked for data that you can't immediately think of? Or if you just have the feeling that it isn't really the other party's business? That's right, you just enter something in the required field or select something from the dropdown menu. The service you sign up for is often the same as entering data in an analytical CRM system: someone else bolivia telegram screening wants to evaluate the data later, carry out analyses across all registrations. You do nothing different when you enter customer data in the CRM and later carry out analyses based on the data:

"Show me all customers with more than 1,000 employees"
"Show me all customers whose sales have increased by more than 10% in the last few years"
"Show me all the companies from industry code XYZ to whom I have sold something at some point, but then nothing in the last year"
Don't get me wrong, in some cases such evaluations can be useful. The crucial question is whether these few cases justify the fact that the operational work (creating contacts, updating data) is really necessary.
