Serendipity – the squirrel technique

Post by Mitu100@ »

Serendipity (I prefer the English term, but you can also say serendipity) is one of those untranslatable words that you can't understand even by thinking about it. "Happy coincidence" is the closest description. Wikipedia tells you more about it and the origin of the word .

In my opinion , using the serendipity effect is the most important application for your idea bank. Of course, you can also go about it rationally and systematically. But the most beautiful and original ideas, the ones that trigger the "wow" effect in others, are often estonia telegram screening the ones that you don't come up with systematically. The ones where you have to think a bit to see the connection.

And what does this have to do with squirrels?

Unlike a hamster, who always knows where his pantries are, a squirrel sometimes forgets where he buried something tasty over the winter. And so it can happen that a pretty little tree grows from it in the spring - in a place that no one had ever imagined. If that isn't nature's perfect execution of serendipity !

Conclusion
You probably already have your own bank of ideas that you just haven't tapped into yet. Creating your own is great fun, especially if you don't put yourself under pressure and give yourself time. With Evernote and the Webclipper, it's quick and easy - and you'll find that collecting ideas quickly becomes second nature to you.

Are you already using the idea banks and methods I've described? Do you have other sources of creativity? Or do you think this approach is completely wrong? And if so, why? Feel free to write me a comment! And if you're in a hurry: there's still time for five stars, right? Just click on the star on the right and that's it! Thank you!
