So, the idea is really to focus on what is important. For me, these are the four things that I chose: gratitude, faith, serenity, joy. And I invite you to choose yours. You can adapt, as I said, according to your personal projects. For example, when I encounter a problem, I say to myself: "Today, in my meditation, prayer of the day, I am going to ask for help on this particular point". You see, you have to be flexible, you must not make this exercise too repetitive, otherwise it loses some of its charm.

And I really, I invite you to try it, because it's life-changing and it's simple. And a lot of times, the simplest things are the ones that work the best. Sometimes you can try to say to yourself, "Yeah, I'm going to take a cold shower, I'm going to do intermittent fasting, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that, I'm going to set up 10 activities to be better," but sometimes, just something simple like that, this morning and evening meditation, it can literally change everything.

So, try it for a week. That's what I suggest you do. Take a little time today, write down three things or four things that could be your focus, your morning and evening meditation, and try it for a week.
