GreenPal employees rock their company

Post by Bappy11 »

“What we really learned from this program is that a good team has a lot in common with a family: They help each other when there are problems,” says Rennella.

The lesson:

Corporate wellness programs don't always have to offer something new or additional. Sometimes it's just as good if you can take a burden off your people's shoulders.

In Germany, almost half of all households are in debt, so it can be assumed that such a program could really help a considerable portion of the workforce. But the whole thing can be viewed in a much more schematic way: What is actually bothering your workforce? What problems do they have? Perhaps the compatibility of family and work? Especially for young indonesia telegram data teams, a company kindergarten, for example, could also be an option. Or flexitime or home working models.

The program
GreenPal is a startup that connects homeowners with gardening services. The company's Nashville headquarters has a certain affinity for music. But it wasn't until co-founder Gene Caballero started jamming with a new employee that he realized they could do something special.

"I've always played piano because it's an incredible stress reliever," Caballero said. "One of our first employees here in Nashville was a guitarist and we would play together after work or during lunch. It really lightened the atmosphere and showed everyone that fun is a good thing, so we decided to turn one of our offices into a music room."

Today, GreenPal employees here have access to a piano, guitar, bass guitar and drum set, and they can play whenever they want (as long as they get their work done).
