Jet as a basis for labor market communication
We want to connect our labor market communication to reality. No super grannies, but just the way it is. We talked to (potential) employees to find out what they get up for in the morning: what drives them in this work? Based on that, we created six personas. Our 115 open vacancies can be divided over those six personas.
A major problem in healthcare is the shortage of labour market. Thebe also has difficulty attracting new employees. Healthcare workers do not experience elderly care as attractive and they also prefer to work in smaller organisations. At Thebe you work in small independent teams in various neighbourhood teams or residential centres, so on a small scale. For communication, this is also a spearhead in the new campaign: small-scale work with the advantages of a large employer, such as training and career opportunities, secondary employment conditions and digital working.
Distinctive content
Thebe also wants to continue to distinguish hospital ceo email list herself visually. Within the labor market communication in healthcare, you often see photos of happy elderly people, but in reality, elderly people are not always that cheerful. They are not in need of care for nothing. Because Jet is such a great success internally, the idea was soon on the table to also use her externally. However, the communication team wants Jet to remain for internal communication. That is why six personas have been created for the vacancies, each illustrated with a male and female variant. So there are twelve characters in total.

Is it you?
The target group of the first campaign are students and almost graduates. The basis of the campaign is the game 'Are you the one?' , which is inspired by 'Who is it?'. The question is: who are you and which vacancy of Thebe suits you? You follow the game by choosing between two work situations seven times and eventually you end up with one of the twelve characters. Will these twelve characters become as big a success as the sympathetic Jet? We'll see!
