Enhanced conversions for leads provides a simple way to import offline data into Google Ads for value based bidding , using advertiser-provided hashed PII data. Here are a few more key points:

It must be implemented with a Google Ads Tag.
Enhanced conversions for leads allows offline value to be imported up to 63 days after the conversion.
In 2023, it will support Consent mode and Enhanced Conversions modeling.
In addition, it will support cross-device, ITP/ETP, view through conversions and engaged view conversions modelling in 2023.
