Open the My Verizon app on your smartphone

Post by Mitu100@ »

Sign in to your My Verizon account using your My Verizon password (this is different from your account PIN).
Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter a new 4-digit Account PIN and retype it to confirm.
Click "Submit" to finalize the change. Verizon will send you a notification (like a text or email) to confirm your PIN has been changed.
Through the My Verizon App (for Account Owners):

Tap the Account tab at the bottom. You may be prompted to enter your password, fingerprint, or Face ID to log in.

Tap Edit profile and settings (or similar, depending on the app version).
Look for a "Security" section and then tap sri lanka phone number list on "Account PIN".
Enter a new 4-digit PIN, then re-enter it to confirm, and tap "Next" or "Done."
Contact Verizon Customer Service:

If you cannot access My Verizon online or through the app, or if you encounter issues, you can call Verizon Customer Service.
Dial 1-800-922-0204 (from any phone) or *611 (from your Verizon phone).
The representative will guide you through an identity verification process (which may involve sending a secure link to your device, asking security questions, or confirming account details). Once your identity is verified, they can help you reset your PIN.
Important Notes.
