Thank you for your continued support.
I'm not in a position to directly communicate with them and advance development, but I have a mission to do team building properly.
I've been in a long relationship with KIWI, and we've built a relationship by organizing the way we develop and helping them understand agile development methods.

The idea behind agile development is to design and create together, so it is generally said that it does not go well with offshore development, but I would like to how does botim work become a team that can ask for help by saying, "I want to make this, how do you think it should be done?"
As I wrote in my blog before, in order for people with different cultures, ways of thinking, and environments to become a strong team, it is important that they first respect each other.

KIWI members and Sugii-san at Agile Vietnam

We all went to listen to a global lecture called Agile Vietnam.
Fukukado-san also does retrospectives with us and is working on making small improvements every week.

I didn't know the skill sets of the KIWI members yet, and I had never met them face to face, so it was my first experience creating something from scratch. I
went to Vietnam, designed it, communicated it, implemented it, reviewed it, and everything was new to me.
