Some results of the demonstration experiment at the urban rental property Libri Shirokane revealed!
Did you know that iRidge has begun developing solutions targeting apartments, offices, cities, and more as an expansion into the O2O field?
Thanks to you, we were recently featured on the Real Estate Tech Chaos Map published by the Real Estate Tech Association !
Today, we would like to introduce a report employment database on a demonstration experiment of digital signage that solves problems in apartment complexes and offices, which was published in the "Management Support" category of Chaos Map .
MDI Corporation, which operates the LivLi series of urban rental housing nationwide, cooperated in making the results of the experiment public .
The digital signage provided by iRidge allows you to freely arrange the advertising and announcement spaces. In the case of apartment buildings, it is often introduced as a digital bulletin board that eliminates the need to replace paper, and is used to reduce management costs, improve resident satisfaction, increase property value, and increase profitability.
This time, with MDI, we conducted an experiment to see how we could use digital bulletin boards to improve the livability and satisfaction of properties, based on the LivLi series' concepts of "the feelings of the people who live there" and "giving shape to tenants' requests."
One of these efforts is to reduce the long-term use of delivery lockers and reduce cases where they are not available when needed.
The serious labor shortage in the delivery industry has become a social issue, but even if there are delivery lockers, it's unhappy for both the recipient and the deliverer if packages are left in them and have to be taken home.
Will digitalization improve the real estate industry?
